Das Palliativteam Hochtaunus besteht seit Juli 2013. Mit der Gr\u00fcndung des Teams durch Dr. Elisabeth Lohmann und Dr. Robert Gaertner konnte im Hochtaunuskreis eine eigene \u201eSpezialisierte Ambulante Palliativversorgung (SAPV)\u201c sichergestellt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Weshalb ein neues Palliativteam?<\/h2>\n

Nur ein Palliativteam pro 250.000 Einwohner<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Gesetzgeber sieht f\u00fcr je 250.000 Einwohner ein Palliativteam vor. 10 \u2013 20 Prozent aller Schwerkranken und Sterbenden brauchen eine SAPV, weil sie schwer zu behandelnde Symptome haben.<\/p>\n

Das Wort Palliativmedizin ist bei vielen Menschen ausschlie\u00dflich mit \u201eSterben\u201c und \u201eTod\u201c und damit mit vielen Unsicherheiten und \u00c4ngsten verkn\u00fcpft. Palliativ wird auf das lateinische Wort \u201epallium\u201c zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt (bedecken, tarnen, lindern). So steht im Vordergrund der palliativmedizinischen Versorgung die\u00a0<\/span>Erhaltung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t\u00a0<\/span><\/b>durch Linderung k\u00f6rperlicher Symptome, durch die Achtung und den Schutz der W\u00fcrde sowie durch Angebote zu psychosozialer Unterst\u00fctzung und spiritueller Begleitung bis zum Lebensende.<\/p>\n

Wir sind als\u00a0<\/span>multiprofessionelles Team\u00a0<\/span><\/b>aufgestellt, denn schwerstkranke und sterbende Patienten und ihre Angeh\u00f6rigen weisen in der letzten Lebensphase vielf\u00e4ltige Beschwerden und Probleme und damit hohe Belastungen auf, die nicht von einer einzelnen Berufsgruppe gelindert oder gel\u00f6st werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Mit unglaublichem Einsatz, Herzblut und Leidenschaft gr\u00fcndeten Dr. Elisabeth Lohmann und Dr. Robert Gaertner das Palliativteam Hochtaunus. Viele H\u00fcrden mussten daf\u00fcr genommen werden. Das wichtigste Ziel war und ist es, die Palliativversorgung von schwerstkranken Menschen zu verbessern und mit allen Beteiligten bestm\u00f6glich zum Wohle der Patienten zusammenzuarbeiten.
Die von ihnen begr\u00fcndete Firmenphilosophie \u2013 die Manifestierung und Aufrechterhaltung einer multiprofessionellen Begleitung unserer Patienten \u2013 ist t\u00e4glicher Auftrag und qualitativer Ma\u00dfstab zugleich. Sie setzt sich in dem im M\u00e4rz 2022 erfolgten Generationswechsel in der Leitung fort.<\/p>\n
