Immer mehr Menschen haben den Wunsch, auch bei schwerer und schwerster Krankheit, zu Hause versorgt zu werden und zu Hause sterben zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Abk\u00fcrzung SAPV bedeutet Spezialisierte Ambulante Palliativversorgung.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In der Medizin unterscheidet man die kurative (heilende) und die palliative (lindernde) Medizin. Im Mittelpunkt der Palliativmedizin steht die Linderung der Symptome wie Schmerzen, \u00dcbelkeit, Atemnot und Angst sowie die Verbesserung der Lebensqualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Im Gegensatz zur Allgemeinen Ambulanten Palliativversorgung (AAPV), die der Hausarzt zusammen mit Pflegedienst und Hospizdienst \u00fcbernimmt, betreut unser Team schwerstkranke Patienten, die eine besonders aufwendige Betreuung ben\u00f6tigen. SAPV-Patienten leiden unter schweren Symptomen, so dass eine 24 Stunden-Rufbereitschaft erforderlich ist.<\/span><\/p>\n
