Durch die gemeinsame Betreuung von SAPV und Pflegedienst<\/strong> kann dies auch f\u00fcr Patienten mit schweren Symptomen und einem h\u00f6chst belasteten Umfeld erm\u00f6glicht werden. <\/span><\/p>\n

Alle Leistungen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege werden weiterhin durch die Pflegedienste erbracht. Unser Team unterst\u00fctzt dabei durch die Beratung und Anleitung<\/strong> des Patienten und der Angeh\u00f6rigen, die medizinische und pflegerische Symptombehandlung und die Koordination von erforderlichen Leistungen. Fehlende Hilfsmittel, Verbandsstoffe oder Medikamente k\u00f6nnen wir verordnen. Eine Verordnung f\u00fcr die h\u00e4usliche Pflege f\u00fcr die Krankenkasse stellt weiterhin der Hausarzt aus.<\/span><\/p>\n
