Kaufm\u00e4nnische Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung<\/span><\/p>\n

Als Bilanzbuchhalterin mit langj\u00e4hriger Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen habe ich den Anspruch, unsere Prozesse so schlank und modern wie m\u00f6glich zu halten. Der Patient\/die Patientin und deren Angeh\u00f6rige sollen die M\u00f6glichkeit haben, sich auf ihre pers\u00f6nliche Situation zu fokussieren. Dabei stehen die W\u00fcrde und die Autonomie des Menschen f\u00fcr mich im Mittelpunkt. Meine Vision ist es, allen Patienten und Patientinnen und deren Angeh\u00f6rigen den Zugang zur ambulanten Palliativmedizin zu erm\u00f6glichen, um ihr Leben zuhause oder in Pflegeeinrichtungen zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Ich m\u00f6chte sicherstellen, dass wir alle M\u00f6glichkeiten, die unser Gesundheitswesen bietet, nutzen, unsere Patienten und Patientinnen bestm\u00f6glich zu versorgen. Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen alle modernen Mittel zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt werden.
Meine berufliche Ausbildung begann 2005 bei der EPOS Health Management GmbH (heute GOPA Worldwide Consultants) in Bad Homburg, die zu den f\u00fchrenden europ\u00e4ischen Management- und Beratungsdienstleistern der internationalen technischen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit z\u00e4hlt und \u00fcber ein breit gef\u00e4chertes Leistungsspektrum in den Bereichen Gesundheitsinfrastruktur, Gesundheitsinformationssysteme, Human Resources, Ern\u00e4hrung, Digitalisierung und Pandemievorsorge verf\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n

In den Jahren von 2005 bis 2020 habe ich an der erfolgreichen Durchf\u00fchrung von mehr als 50 Projekten weltweit mitgearbeitet. Auslandsaufenthalte z. B. in Afghanistan, Jemen, Senegal, Malawi, Jordanien und den Philippinen geh\u00f6rten dazu. Von 10\/2015 bis 03\/2020 leitete ich die Abteilung Finanzen und Vertr\u00e4ge. Im April 2020 wechselte ich dann in das Palliativteam Hochtaunus als Kaufm\u00e4nnische Leitung.<\/p>\n

Ich freue mich sehr darauf, ab M\u00e4rz 2022 zusammen mit Dr. Philipp von Trott die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung von Herrn Dr. Gaertner zu \u00fcbernehmen und das Palliativteam Hochtaunus in die
